Mid October Update
Today's update focuses on some key quality of life enhancements to Footprints, the Terminal's Timezone configuration plus various Bug Fixes and Improvements.
🚀 Footprint Mode / Value Independence
This update introduces a major enhancement to our Footprint Chart functionality — adding a new level of precision and flexibility for advanced order flow analysis. When using Delta or Volume modes, traders can now choose to display Sells | Buys, Delta, or Total Volume as the primary value shown within each price row of the footprint. This fine-grained control lets you focus directly on the data that matters most to your strategy, whether that’s tracking aggressive buying pressure, sell-side absorption, or total traded volume at each price level.
Crucially, the value display is now fully decoupled from the footprint style, enabling independent configuration of visuals and data. This independence allows you to compare two distinct data points simultaneously. For example, viewing Delta as the primary render with Total Volume as the values shown within each row of the footprint. The result is a more flexible and powerful way to interpret market structure, helping you uncover nuanced relationships between buyer and seller behavior with clarity and speed.
⭐️ Configurable Timezone Selection
Responding to user feedback, we’ve added the ability to manually select your preferred timezone directly within the terminal. Previously, MMT automatically detected your local timezone via the browser - convenient for most, but limiting for those who trade markets based in different regions.

Now, through Global Settings > General > Timezone, you can choose any timezone you wish, ensuring all timestamps across the platform including Trade Feed and Liquidation Feed are synchronized to your preferred Timezone. This seemingly small enhancement provides significant clarity when monitoring cross-market activity or aligning your analysis with exchange-specific schedules.
