Trading has funded every mile — from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic, through the Caribbean, up to New York, down to Panama, and across the Pacific from Chile to Maine.
A typical day starts early: a workout, a coffee, and charting before New York open. I trade only at anchor, never while sailing. The sea demands full focus, and so does the market. Sleep, discipline, and calm make all the difference.
